Water
Mrs. Khadija's Water
The first work of the Foundation was water. Since 2022, families have given wells in memory of the people they love, and each well now brings clean water to a community.
Nine wells
Nine wells, numbered 0001 to 0009, serve communities in Benin, West Africa.
2022 to 2026
The first well began to serve in April 2022; the ninth in September 2026.
In memory
Each well is given in memory of a parent, a grandparent or a loved one, and carries its own plaque.
With partners
The wells are built with a partner association that works in Benin.
Water is where the story of the Foundation began, and it remains a quiet sign of what MKF is: people who give so that others may live better, in the name of a woman who gave all her life.
