The Mrs. Khadija Foundation (MKF) respects the privacy of everyone who visits Khadija.Foundation. This page explains what we collect, why, and how you stay in control of it.
Who we are
Khadija.Foundation is the website of the Mrs. Khadija Foundation, an independent project under the umbrella of the Rising Crescent Organization, based in Antalya, Türkiye. For any question about your information, write to [email protected].
What we collect
- When you write to us: your name, your email address and your message.
- When you become a member: once membership opens, the details needed to manage your membership and its receipts. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe; MKF never sees or stores your card number.
- To protect the forms: when you send a form, your internet address is used for one hour to stop repeated or automated submissions, and is then discarded.
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics. We do not build profiles of visitors.
How we use it
We use your information only to answer your message and, once membership opens, to provide your membership. We never sell your information, and we never share it for anyone else's marketing.
Where it is kept
Your information is kept on the servers that host Khadija.Foundation (Hostinger) and in MKF's email service, both protected by modern security measures. Only the people at MKF who need it to answer you or serve you can see it. The site's typefaces are served from Khadija.Foundation itself, so reading the site sends nothing to other companies.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for as long as they are needed to answer you. Membership records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal obligations.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. These rights include those under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the privacy laws of California. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days.
Children
Khadija.Foundation is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If this page changes, the new version is published here with its date.
