What we will achieve by 2040
MKF works on a long horizon. These are the objectives the founders have set for 2040.

| Objective | By 2040 |
|---|---|
| People reached | 100 million people who have heard of Mrs. Khadija and her example |
| The First Heart | One million printed copies |
| Transcreations | 25 more languages, each in print, e-book, audio and a free download |
| Gatherings | 14 annual gatherings in Antalya, Türkiye |
| Awards | Four awards every year, one million US dollars each |
| Members | From the first thousand in 2027, a large circle of members in every country |
| Programs | The Second Chance Program, the Scholarship Program and more |
| The Endowment | Large enough to carry the work for another hundred years |
The mission program from 2026 to 2040 is planned at one hundred million US dollars: about one dollar for every person we aim to reach.
How our work is funded
MKF is funded by sponsorships, grants and memberships, and over time by its own endowment. It is not a charity asking for handouts: it invites people and institutions to build an initiative together.
The founders
The founders take no income from the Foundation, and they fund its first years with their own money.
Sponsors and grants
Institutions and individuals who share the goal support programs, gatherings and transcreations.
Members
Members give a modest amount each month and carry the Foundation together.
The Endowment
The Mrs. Khadija Endowment (Waqf) keeps large gifts as lasting capital, so that their income serves the work every month, for generations.
Our independence
No sponsor, grantor, government or partner directs the work of the Foundation. We welcome every supporter who shares our goal, and the Foundation alone decides its work.
All payments to MKF, for membership, gatherings and publications, are made by card through the Foundation's own website.
